摘要
针对海上风电机群面临恶劣运行条件,导致风电机组的故障发生率较高,而故障识别误差较大的问题,提出一种海上风电机群试运行的故障容错性能评估方法。首先,采集海上风电机群的预警故障数据,研究故障发生后的控制策略和算法优化问题;其次,研究风电机群的故障诊断观测器,对多源故障因素进行容错建模;最后,根据容错模型,计算风电机群的容错性能指标,实现故障容错性能评估。在对比实验中,所提出的故障容错性能评估方法的故障识别最大误差为4个,相比两种对照方法分别减少4个和6个,验证了所提出的方法的有效性。
Severe operating conditions of offshore wind turbines result in high fault rate and large fault identification error.Therefore,a fault tolerance evaluation method for the trial operation of offshore wind turbine arrays is studied.Firstly,the early-warning fault data of offshore wind turbine arrays are collected,and the control strategy and algorithm optimization are studied after fault occurs.Secondly,the fault diagnosis observer is studied,and the fault tolerance modeling of multi-source fault factors is carried out.Finally,according to the fault tolerance model,the fault tolerance performance indexes of wind turbines are calculated to achieve performance evaluation.During simulated test the maximum fault identification error of the proposed method is 4,and is significantly lower than two reference methods thereby indicating the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method.
