基于ICS平台的燃煤机组APS智能调度系统

摘要 随着智慧电厂深入建设,对机组自启停技术(APS)发展带来新的需求和挑战,即要求机组自启停功能具备更加灵活调度处理的自适应调整能力,满足机组设备快速启停调峰的要求。依托智慧电厂项目建设,介绍了一种基于ICS平台的燃煤机组APS智能调度系统,将传统APS功能机组级控制层移入智能控制系统(ICS)平台进行最优步序启动控制与指令推送。APS智能调度系统基于机组启动步序分析与系统启动过程异常工况处理手段分析,采用Python编程开发工具开展机组启动过程最优步序控制设计,实现了机组启动过程APS功能组系统启动、中断、暂停、报警等指令推送,以及APS功能组状态参数的全周期状态监控与智能预警功能。通过机组实际启动过程测试,验证了系统功能设计和启动步序控制模型的有效性,为同类型燃煤机组APS功能优化设计提供了新的解决思路。 With the in-depth construction of smart power plants,new demands and challenges have been brought to the development of Automatic Plant Start-up and Shut down System(APS).The APS function is required to have more flexible scheduling and processing adaptive adjustment capabilities to meet the requirements of rapid start-stop and peak regulation of the unit equipment.With respect to the construction of smart power plant projects,this paper introduces an APS intelligent scheduling system for coal-fired units based on Intelligent Control System(ICS) platform,which moves the traditional APS functional unit level control layer into the ICS platform for optimal step start control and command push.APS intelligent scheduling system is based on the unit start step analysis and system startup process working condition anomaly processing means analysis,applies the python programming and development tools to carry out the optimal step control design of the unit start process,consequently achieving the unit start process APS function group system start,interrupt,pause,alarm and other instruction push,and APS function group status parameters of the full cycle status monitoring and intelligent early warning function.Through the actual start-up process test of the unit,the effectiveness of the system function design and the start step control model is verified,which may be a potential solution for the APS function optimization design of the same type of coal-fired unit.
