基于GNSS监测的山区输电铁塔边坡运维平台建设

摘要 针对目前缺乏山区输电铁塔边坡运维管理平台的现状,根据贵州省输电线路重大边坡管理要求,搭建贵州山区输电铁塔边坡运维平台。通过GNSS监测传感器采集高压输电线路重大边坡监测数据,采用高压输电线路重大边坡监测系统进行分析。平台主要包括用户管理、多工程综合管理、边坡信息管理、运维信息管理、实时监测、报警服务、辅助决策模块,实现边坡数据查询、显示、管理和预警等功能,便于全面准确掌握边坡状态。 In consideration of the lack of operation and maintenance management platform for transmission line slopes in mountain area,according to the Guizhou provincial specification for major slope management of transmission lines,a management platform for the operation and maintenance of tower slopes in Guizhou mountain area is established.The platform obtains data of major slopes of high voltage transmission lines through GNSS monitoring,and employs monitoring system of major slopes to analyze the obtained data.The platform mainly consists of modules including user management,multi-project comprehensive management,slope information management,operation and maintenance information management,real-time monitoring,alarm service,auxiliary decision-making,and realizes functions such as slope data inquiry,display,management,and early warning,facilitating comprehensive and accurate observation of slope state.
