摘要
为满足系统负荷增长,提高电网运行方式的灵活性和供电可靠性,老旧变电站面临大规模的增容改造。老站改造一般采用“边改接边运行”的方式,因此停电方案复杂,改造难度增大。结合500 kV黄渡变电站改造的工程经验,分析了500 kV变电站增容改造的设计思路,提出了总体改造方案及二次设计原则,重点探讨继电保护、变电站监控系统、交直流一体化电源等方面的关键问题及注意事项,并提出过渡阶段的改造方案,为今后老站的增容改造提供了借鉴。
In order to meet the growth of system load,improve the flexibility of power grid operation mode and power supply reliability,capacity expansion of old substations is of significant necessity.As the prevalent reconstruction mode adopted is to "switch and operate" synchronously,the power cut scheme is complex and the reconstruction is more difficult.Based on the engineering practice of 500 kV Huangdu substation reconstruction,this paperanalyzes the design ideas for the capacity expansion reconstruction of 500 kV substations,proposes the overall reconstruction plan and secondary design principles.The analysis is focused on discussing key issues and considerations in relay protection,substation monitoring and control system,and AC/DC integrated power supply system.Furthermore,the paper proposes the reconstructionscheme for the transitional stage.The successful implement of the projectprovides reference for other similar upgrading and expansion of old substations in the future.
