基于A44E集成霍尔元件的PWM调速控制系统设计

摘要 以典型单片机STC89C52为智能控制核心,设计一款新型直流电机PWM调速控制系统。该系统利用STC89C52单片机内部定时中断的功能,产生PWM不同占空比的信号,从而控制数字直流电机调速系统,实现电机的启停、加速和减速、正转和反转等功能。整个系统由STC89C52单片机、直流电源、LCD1602液晶显示屏、A44E集成霍尔元件、键盘电路等主要部分构成,使用霍尔元件对直流电机的转速进行测量,经过分析处理后将测量值通过液晶屏显示出来,简便而直观。 In this paper,a new type of PWM speed regulation system for DC motor is designed with the typical single chip computer STC89C52 as intelligent control core.The system utilizes STC89C52′s internal timing interrupt function to generate PWM signals with different duty ratios which can modulate the digital DC motor speed regulation part,thus realizing the functions of starting and stopping,accelerating and decelerating,and forward and reverse rotation of the motor.The whole system is composed mainly of STC89C52 single chip microcomputer,DC power supply,LCD 1602 liquid crystal display,A44E integrated Hall element,key circuit.In this system,Hall element is used to measure the rotational speed of DC motor.After analysis and processing,the measured value is displayed on the LCD screen,which is simple,convenient and visualised.
