智能熔断器监测装置中低功耗技术的设计和实现

摘要 为了实现智能熔断器监测装置的低功耗关键技术,一方面对能量供应方“开源”,介绍了内置锂电池+在线CT取电+一定容量超级电容的低功耗电源系统,另一方面对能量损耗方“节流”,首先选择低功耗的关键器件,其次在硬件上合理部署感知流和控制流实现关键电源点的感知采样和外设的独立供电控制,最后通过节能管理程序实施系统的低功耗运行方案。功耗试验结果表明该设计能够有效降低智能熔断器监测装置的功耗,实现装置的长期可靠运行。 The present work aims at realizing the key technology of low power consumption in intelligent fuse monitoring device.On one hand,an energy-saving power supply system which integrates imbedded lithium battery + online CT power supply + supercapacitor with a certain capacity is designed,thereby "opening source" for energy supply.On the other hand,multiple means are used to "throttles" the energy loss.Firstly,the key devices with low power consumption are selected.Secondly,the sensing flow and control flow are rationally applied on the hardware to realize the sensing sampling of key power points and the independent power supply control of peripherals.Finally,the low-power consumption operation scheme of the system is implemented through the energy-saving management program.The power consumption test results show that the proposed design can effectively reduce power consumption and realize long-term reliable operation of intelligent fuse monitoring device.
