9F型燃机发变组控制数据的OPC通信功能应用

摘要 进口大燃气机组控制和数据采集往往采用内部专有的通信协议,未经授权无法与之进行通信并获取有关数据,加大了用户自定义功能扩展的难度。通过其提供的标准OPC接口,可经由OPC规范对运行状态进行设计和读取。以进口的9F型GE燃气轮机及其控制器为例,通过对OPC接口的通信技术解析,获取了燃机系统现场数据传输的结构,选用自动化接口方式编写OPC客户端,对服务器和客户端DCOM进行配置,实现了对现场多种设备不同数据的读取和准确传输,为进口燃机控制器的通信扩展提供了实践参考。 The control and data acquisition of the imported large gas units often adopt internal proprietary communication protocols,and cannot communicate with other facilities and obtain relevant data without authorization,which makes it difficult for users to expand customized functions.Through the standard OPC interface,the operation status can be designed and read.Taking the imported 9F GE gas turbine and its controller as an example,through the analysis of the OPC interface communication technology,this paper obtains the structure of the field data transmission of the gas turbine system,selects the automatic interface mode to write the designed OPC client,configures the server and the client DCOM,realizes effective data acquisition and accurate transmission of various field devices,and provides a practical reference for the communication expansion of the imported gas turbine controller.
