智慧能源服务模式下的新型供电服务体系关键技术研究

摘要 针对传统供电服务系统的规模小、功能单一的问题,提出了智慧能源服务模式下的供电服务体系,设计了新型供电服务系统,采用Web方式,基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)的客户端方式,能高效利用网络通信,实现供电服务系统的大空间性;设计供电互动化服务体系,采用RFID技术,实现了与客户端的通信;构建了WebService架构,采用聚类分析法,实现了供电服务系统的风险识别。实验表明,供电服务系统风险识别精度最高可达0.98%,且性能最好,在服务问题难度系数为100时,系统响应的时间最少为37 s。 In view of the small scale and single function of the traditional power supply service system,this paper proposes a power supply service system under the smart energy service mode,and designs a new type of power supply service system.The system adopts Web mode and is based on the browser/server(B/S) client mode,which enables efficient use of network communication and realizes the large space of the power supply service system.Combined with the needs of diversified forms,highly centralized platforms and humanized means of interactive service,the interactive service system of power supply is designed,RFID technology is utilized to realize communication with the client,WebService architecture is constructed,and key technologies such as XML,SOAP,WSDL and UDDI are adopted.The interactive platform of power supply service is established.Finally,cluster analysis method is used to realize the risk identification of power supply service system.Experiments show that the risk identification accuracy of the power supply service system studied in this paper is up to 0.98%,and the performance is the best.When the difficulty coefficient of service problem is 100,the system has the least response time of 37 s.
