大学治理现代化是新时代我国高等教育质量提升的重要表征,也是推进“双一流”建设、加快高等教育内涵式发展的应然要求。但是,在大学治理的实践场域,时常遭遇因大学精神式微而导致的治理理念偏颇、制度优势发挥不畅等问题。为此,必须遵循大学治理现代化的实践逻辑,立足大学治理现代化的精神重构,完善自治与法治动态平衡的“善治”理念,构建逻辑清晰的权力生态系统;挖潜充盈丰满的科学与人文精神内核,体现“人民主体”的大学治理新方式;明晰保守与开放的有机统一关系,保持大学组织与社会发展之间的适度张力;辩证对待治理现代化进程中的机遇与挑战,强化治理实践中的文化自觉,从而将治理理念有效转化为治理效能。

University governance modernization is an important symbol of the quality improvement of China's higher education in the new era,and also a natural requirement for promoting the construction of "double first-class" and accelerating the intensive development of higher education.However,in the practice field of university governance,we often encounter some problems,such as the biased governance idea and the unsmooth exertion of institutional advantages caused by the decline of university spirit.Therefore,it is necessary to follow the practical logic of university governance modernization and focus on the spiritual reconstruction of university governance modernization.First,improve the concept of "good governance" in the dynamic balance between autonomy and the rule of law,and construct a logical power ecosystem.Second,probe into the full scientific and humanistic spirit core and introduce new ways of "people-oriented" university governance.Third,clarify the organic unity between conservatism and openness,and maintain the proper tension between university organization and social development.Finally,treat the opportunities and challenges in the process of governance modernization dialectically and strengthen the cultural consciousness in the governance practice.Only in accordance with these measures can we effectively transform the governance concept into governance effectiveness.
