基于OBE理念的财经类高校创新创业教学模式变革

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teaching Mode Reform in Universities of Finance and Economics Based on OBE

在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,已有的传统教学模式已经难以适应创新创业人才培养的新要求。广大财经类高校应该基于OBE理念,大力改革创新创业教学模式,明确创新创业教学的培养目标,完善创新创业教学的课程设计,加大创新创业教学的资源投入,强化创新创业绩效的成果评价,以提升高校人才培养质量,从而为培养复合型的创新创业人才寻找新的突破口。

In the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",traditional teaching models have become inadequate to meet the new requirements for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Universities and colleges of finance and economics should,based on the OBE(Outcome-Based Education) concept,vigorously reform their teaching models for innovation and entrepreneurship.It is essential to clarify the training objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education,refine the curriculum design,increase resource investment in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and strengthen the evaluation of outcomes in innovation and entrepreneurship performance,so as to enhance the overall quality of talent training in higher education and explore new breakthroughs in cultivating compound talents for innovation and entrepreneurship.
