新时代高校辅导员职业素养结构模型与提升路径研究

Research on the Structure Model and Improvement Path of College Counselors' Professional Quality in the New Era

厘清新时代高校辅导员职业素养的现状,需要从新时代高校辅导员职业素养发展的结构性矛盾入手。文章一方面从理论层面阐明了这一结构性矛盾及主要表现,另一方面构建了包含政治素养、职业能力、职业知识、职业身心4个维度,共32个因子的新时代高校辅导员职业素养结构模型,探究新时代高校辅导员职业素养的影响因素,通过实证研究进一步验证新时代高校辅导员职业素养的结构性矛盾。结果发现,年龄、文化程度、工作年限、专业背景、所取得与学生工作相关的职业资格证书对新时代高校辅导员职业素养都产生显著影响。提升新时代高校辅导员职业素养需要从“政治维度”“知识维度”“队伍建设维度”“共同体”等着力,以全面推动辅导员队伍建设,适应新时代人才培养需要。

To clarify the situation of college counselors' professional quality in the new era,we need to start with the structural contradiction in the development of college counselors' professional quality in the new era.On the one hand,we need to clarify this structural contradiction and its main manifestations from the theoretical level;On the other hand,it is necessary to build a college counselors' professional quality structure model,which includes four dimensions:political quality,professional ability,professional knowledge,professional body and mind,with a total of 32 factors,to explore the influencing factors of college counselors' professional quality in the new era,and further verify the structural contradiction of college counselors' professional quality through empirical research.The results show that age,education level,working years,professional background,and professional certificates related to student work have a significant impact on the professional quality of college counselors in the new era.To improve the professional quality of college counselors in the new era,we need to focus on "political dimension","knowledge dimension","team building dimension","community",etc.,so as to comprehensively promote the construction of counselor team and meet the needs of talent training in the new era.
