Analysis on the Difference of Consistency of Air Conditioning Commodity Inspection Under Different Modes

为探究不同站台下空调室外机运行时商检测试的问题,本文首先介绍了空调的工作原理、商检的运行模式以及不同模式下室外机运行时的工作情况。通过商检数据分析了空调运行时电流与压力之间的关系,探究了环线式商检与台站式商检的稳定性,确认了不同模式下台站之间的差异,验证了现有的空调质量管控方法。

In order to explore the problems of commercial inspection test of air conditioning outdoor unit running at different stations,this paper first introduces the working principle of air conditioning,commercial inspection operation mode and the working situation of outdoor unit running in different modes.Based on the commodity inspection data,the relationship between current and pressure of air conditioning during operation is analyzed,the stability of loop type commodity inspection and station type commodity inspection is explored,the differences between stations under different modes are confirmed,and the existing air conditioning quality control methods are verified.
