阻垢剂对家用反渗透净水机的防污堵效果及阻垢机理探究

摘要 随着GB 34914-2021《净水机水效限定值和水效等级》的实施,对净水机中反渗透膜的使用寿命带来很大的挑战,阻垢剂的使用已经成为净水行业应对高水效等级下反渗透膜净水机污堵的主要方式。本文通过将阻垢剂添加在净水机的反渗透膜前,研究不同阻垢剂的用量对反渗透净水机的产水流量、脱盐率和回收率的影响,得出阻垢剂的使用可以很好的延长反渗透净水机在高水效条件下的使用寿命,同时用量需要控制在一定范围内才能发挥最佳效果;为明确阻垢剂的阻垢机理,通过测定阻垢实验前后硬度的变化,及对垢晶形态进行扫描电镜和能谱分析,发现阻垢剂的参与使水垢晶体的形态和成分发生了一定程度的变化,结果表明,阻垢剂主要通过螯合增溶和晶核畸变的共同作用,减少了水垢的形成和在反渗透膜表面的沉积。 With the implementation of CB 34914-2021“Minimum allowable value of water efficiency and water efficiency grades for water purifier”the servicelife of reverse osmosis membrane in water purifier has brought great challenges.The use of scale inhibitor has become the main way for the water purification industry to cope with the blockage of reverse osmosis membrane water purifier under high water efficiency grades.This paper studies the effect of adding scale inhibitor to reverse osmosis water purifier,studying the influence of different scale inhibitor dosage on the water production flow rate,rejection and recovery of reverse osmosis water purifier,it is concluded that the use of scale inhibitor can wellextend the service life of the reverse osmosis water purifier under the condition of high water efficiency,and the dosage should be controlled within a certain range to achieve the best effect.In order to clarify the mechanism of scale inhibitor,the change of hardness before and after scale inhibition experiment was measured,and scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis were performed on the scale crystal morphology,and it was found that the participation of scale inhibitor changed the shape and composition of scale crystal to a certain extent.
