摘要
对市场售后换向不良的空调四通阀进行分析,确认先导阀的毛细管孔发生堵塞是主因。经傅里叶变换红外光谱分析确认毛细管内堵塞物质为PET材料,来源为压缩机电机定子PET材质,经高温降解后聚集析出。通过降低压缩机温度保护器的保护温度,可防止PET材料降解析出,有效降低此类四通阀换向不良的失效率。
Analyze poor commutation four-way valve of the air conditioning from aftermarket,and confirm that the capillary tube of the pilot valve is obstructed.Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis confirmed that the material in the capillary tube was PET material,which come from the binding belt of the compressor motor rotor,and gathered and precipitated after high-temperature degradation.By reducing the protection temperature of the compressor temperature protector,the PET material can be prevented from flling out,also can reduce the failure rate of poor reversing of such four-way valve.
