摘要
过滤网是吸油烟机的核心部件,起过滤烟气中的油脂、固体颗粒的作用。本文利用fluent仿真软件对不同开孔特征及不同开孔率的过滤网进行仿真模拟;最后结果表明相同条件下,不同开孔特征会影响流动特性,圆孔的影响较低;相同的条件下,开孔率越高,对空气流动影响越低,增加到一定数值,过滤网对空气流动几乎没有影响。为吸油烟机过滤网设计提供基本依据。
The oil filter screen is the core component of the range hood,which filters the grease and solid particles in the flue gas.This article uses Fluent simulation software to simulate oil filters with different pore characteristics and pore rates;The final results indicate that under the same conditions,different opening characteristics will affect the flow characteristics,while the influence of circular holes is relatively low;Under the same conditions,the higher the porosity,the lower the impact on air flow.When it reaches a certain value,the filter screen has almost no effect on air flow.It provides basic basis for the design of oil filter screen of range hood.
