摘要
本文主要针对低氮型燃气热水器在不同热负荷点工作时,由于风机转速不稳定带来烟气中CO与NO_(x)不稳定的问题,通过优化风机控制方法,对小负荷采用恒转速控制,大负荷采用恒电流控制,实现全负荷端的烟气中CO与NO_(x)排放可控,并有较好的抗风压能力,且通过实验验证取得了较好的效果,对研究低氮型燃气热水器风机控制有指导意义。
This paper focuses on the research and application of fan control method for low-NO_(x)gas water heaters.When operating at different heat input points,the unstable fan speed leads to unstable CO and NO_(x)emissions.By optimizing the fan control method,constant speed control is used for smaller heat input points,and constant current control is used for larger heat input points.This achieves controllable CO and NO_(x)emissions at all heat input points,with good wind pressure resistance capabilities.Experimental verification has shown good results,providing guidance for the study of fan control for low-NO_(x)gas water heaters.
