摘要
取得巴西认证许可作为产品进入巴西市场的先决性条件,近年来,随着巴西能源结构转变,该项认证的检测需求日益旺盛。本文详细介绍了巴西国家计量、标准化与工业质量局(INMETRO)于2022年颁布的No.140条例中光伏组件的认证规则。并且与原2011年004号条例进行对比,重点介绍其中对光伏组件系列类型以及认证申请周期等方面的规则变化。同时,结合条例引用的IEC 61215等相关标准对具体测试与判定要求进行总结。上述工作解决了因我国与巴西两国语言不同而造成的技术沟通障碍,为我国光伏产品准入巴西提供了重要帮助。
Brazil Certification is a necessary condition for products to enter the Brazilian market.In recent years,with the transformation of Brazil’s energy structure,the testing demand for this certification has become increasingly strong.In this paper,the testing regulations of photovoltaic modules in the latest Regulation No.140 issued by INMETRO are introduced in detail,and compared with the original Regulation No.004 of 2011,with emphasis on the changes in the rules of photovoltaic module types and certification application period.At the same time,combined with the testing IEC standards cited in the rule,the specific testing requirements are summarized.The above work has solved the technical communication obstacles caused by the different languages between China and Brazil,and provided important help for China’s photovoltaic products to enter Brazil.
