构建中非卫生健康共同体——以中非传统医药合作为视角

Building a China-Africa health community:from the perspective of China-Africa traditional medicine cooperation

非洲草药资源丰富,传统医药在卫生体系中占据重要地位,但缺乏文献记载和科学研究,同时遭到了殖民破坏,亟须研发和复兴。中非传统医药合作历史悠久,在合作机制建设、传染病防治、专业领域交流和教育合作等方面取得较大进展,但也面临合作模式单一、中医药在非准入难等方面的挑战。中非均重视传统医药的发展与国际合作,双方发展道路相似、理念相通,为合作奠定了良好基础,具有广阔的合作前景。中非可通过战略对接、共同研发、产业化合作、经验分享、重点突破等方式推动传统医药领域的合作。

African herbal medicine is rich in resources and plays an important role in health systems,but it is poorly documented and scientifically studied,and has suffered colonial destruction,which is in urgent need of research,development and rejuvenation.China-Africa traditional medicine cooperation has a long history and has made great progress in cooperation mechanism building,infectious disease prevention and control,professional exchanges and educational cooperation,but it also faces challenges in terms of single cooperation model and difficult access to African medicine.Both China and Africa attach importance to the development of traditional medicine and international cooperation.The two sides have similar development paths and shared ideas,which has laid a good foundation for cooperation and has broad prospects for cooperation.China and Africa can promote cooperation in the field of traditional medicine through strategic alignment,joint research and development,industrialization cooperation,experience sharing and key breakthroughs.
