摘要
事业单位是我国社会公共服务体系的重要组成部分,对于提高政府的服务水平、改善人民生活质量有重要意义。为了保障事业单位的正常运行,各项工作能够有序开展,就需要提高人力资源管理水平,发挥出人才的重要作用。基于此,文章首先简要介绍人力资源管理创新的四大要素,然后,阐述在“互联网+”时代人力资源管理工作中可用的新兴技术,最后,详细分析人力资源管理工作创新的具体路径,希望能给相关人员提供些有益的帮助,稳步提高事业单位人力资源的管理水平。
The public institutions are an important part of the social public service system in our country,which is of the great significance for improving the government's service level and improving the quality of people's life.In order to ensure the normal operation of public institutions and all the work can be carried out in an orderly manner,it is necessary to improve the level of human resource management and play an important role in talents.Based on this,this paper first introduces briefly the four elements of human resource management innovation,and then,elaborated in the era of"Internet+"human resource management can be applied in emerging technology,finally,analyzes the specific path of human resource management innovation,hope to be able to provide some useful help to the relevant personnel,and the management level of institution human resource increased steadily.
