等温退火温度对薄规格取向硅钢二次再结晶行为的影响

摘要 采用高温等温退火方式,研究了0.20 mm厚薄规格取向硅钢在不同等温温度及不同升温速率下的二次再结晶行为差异,测出二次再结晶百分数、基体晶粒尺寸及取向变化,以及二次再结晶晶粒取向偏差度与尺寸的关系。结果表明,提高升温速率会推迟二次再结晶开始时间和二次再结晶完成时间;提高等温退火温度,可促进抑制剂熟化并加速二次再结晶的完成;{114}〈481〉取向基体晶粒对二次再结晶晶粒的长大有较大的阻碍作用;较低的升温速率和较低的二次再结晶温度(1030℃)有利于锋锐的高斯织构的形成,此时二次晶粒尺寸与高斯取向偏差度有良好的对应关系。 The differences of the secondary recrystallization behavior of 0.20 mm thick grain-oriented silicon steel at different isothermal temperatures and different heating rates were researched in this paper,focusing on the difference of the orientation of secondary recrystallization grains at different temperatures.The microstructures of the TG-CRGO were investigated by electron back-scattered diffraction in this study.The percentage of secondary recrystallization,the change of matrix grain sizes and orientations,and the relationship between the deviation of secondary recrystallized grain orientation to Goss orientation and its grain size were determined.The results showed that increasing the heating rate would delay the start time of secondary recrystallization and slow down the progress of secondary recrystallization;increasing the isothermal annealing temperature would promote the inhibitor ripening and accelerate the progress of secondary recrystallization.In addition,the matrix grains with{114}〈481〉orientation were observed to have a significant hindering effect on the growth of secondary grains due to its growth advantage.And the formation of the zigzag boundary of secondary recrystallized grain was caused by the different migration rates of secondary recrystallized grains when they encounter matrix grains of different sizes.Low heating rate and low isothermal annealing temperature(1030℃)were favorable to the formation of sharp Goss texture in the progress of secondary recrystallization.As at this condition,the larger the size of secondary grains,the lower deviation angle to Goss orientation is.While at a fast heating rate and high annealing temperature(1050℃,1070℃),the deviation angles between the secondary recrystallized grains and the Goss orientation increase,and the secondary recrystallized grains with a large deviation angle can also grow to a large size.And at this condition,the growth advantage of Goss grains is weakened.
