装配式建筑中楼梯间剪力墙失稳问题研究

ANALYSIS OF THE SOLUTION TO THE INSTABILITY PROBLEM OF SHEAR WALL IN STAIRWELL IN PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS

依托广东省某装配式建筑工程从装配式建筑结构承载力指标、相关规范标准要求、剪力墙稳定性验算、实例剖析等方面出发,分析装配式建筑中楼梯间剪力墙失稳问题出现的关键原因,并总结出解决思路。

Based on a prefabricated building project in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the key reasons for the instability of the shear wall in the stairwell of prefabricated buildings from the aspects of bearing capacity indicators,relevant standard requirements,shear wall stability verification,and case analysis,and summarizes solutions.
