基于传统建造技术的石头厝创新设计实践研究

摘要 平潭高铁中心站综合交通枢纽及高铁中心站站前城市综合体工程将石头厝引入站前场所,再现传统乡土建筑风貌,项目尝试将石材作为主要建筑材料,同时将钢筋混凝土、钢筋等构件融入石头厝构造中的设计策略。设计中将石头厝传统建造技术和现代结构体系、建筑围护物理性能、地域形象归属等因素相结合,创新性的运用钢筋混凝土框架及石材填充墙的建构设计实践。虽受制于多种因素,石头厝传统建造技术在当代不易推广,但基于传统建造技术的创新设计实践确是一次适合此时此地的设计尝试,正是借助这种基于传统技术的石头厝创新设计,在站前空间建造了小尺度的石头厝建筑院落,营造出糅合交通、旅游、商务、景观多种功能于一体的站前场所印记。 The comprehensive transportation hub of Pingtan High Speed Rail Center Station and the urban complex project in front of the High Speed Rail Center Station introduce Shitoucuo into the station site,reproducing the traditional rural architectural style.The project attempts to use stone as the main building material,while incorporating reinforced concrete,steel bars and other components into the design strategy of Shitoucuo structure.The design combines traditional construction techniques of Shitoucuo with modern structural systems,physical properties of building envelopes,and regional image attribution,innovatively utilizing the construction design practice of reinforced concrete frames and stone filled walls.Although the traditional construction technology of Shitoucuo is not easy to promote in contemporary times due to various factors,the innovative design practice based on traditional construction technology is indeed a design attempt suitable for this time and place.It is through this innovative design of Shitoucuo based on traditional technology that a small-scale Shitoucuo architectural courtyard is built in the front space of the station,creating a footprint that combines multiple functions such as transportation,tourism,business,and landscape.
