直线隧洞洞穿管及自密实混凝土施工技术

摘要 在直线隧洞洞穿管及混凝土浇筑施工过程中,管道安装精度要求高、施工难度大。在南水北调配套工程中,浅埋暗挖洞穿管施工是保证工程质量的重点,洞穿管采用在洞外一端安装电动导链,洞内外布置滑轮对钢管进行安装。其具有安装施工速度快、高程易调整、精度易控制等优点。而自密实混凝土浇筑采用一次浇筑成形、浇筑饱满、可靠性高、工期短、效率高,且无接缝,混凝土质量更具保障。 During the process of pipe penetration and concrete pouring construction in straight tunnels,the installation accuracy of pipelines is required to be high and the construction difficulty is high.In the supporting project of the South to North Water Diversion Project,the key to ensuring the quality of the project is the construction of shallow buried underground excavation and pipe penetration.The pipe penetration is achieved by installing an electric chain at one end outside the tunnel,and installing steel pipes with movable pulleys inside and outside the tunnel.It has the advantages of fast installation and construction speed,easy adjustment of installation elevation,and easy control of accuracy.The self compacting concrete pouring adopts one-time pouring forming,full pouring,high reliability,short construction period,high efficiency,and no joints,so its concrete quality is more guaranteed.
