摘要
以深圳理工大学建设项目为例,介绍了装配式材料中近些年发展良好的钢筋桁架楼承板,主要分析其施工工艺、施工重难点、技术优势等。着重介绍了现浇梁钢筋桁架楼承板的模架支撑体系,优化了现浇梁侧模垂直度控制的节点,采取方木斜撑的支撑方式。该施工方式可解决与钢筋桁架楼承板处于同一受力体系的现浇梁垂直度难以控制的问题,使其垂直度符合要求,保证施工质量,该技术也可为其他项目提供类似经验。
Taking the construction project of Shenzhen University of Science and Technology as an example,this article introduces the steel bar truss floor support plate that has developed well in recent years in prefabricated materials,mainly analyzing its construction process,key and difficult points,and technical advantages.The formwork support system of the cast-in-place beam steel truss floor support plate is emphatically introduced,and the node for controlling the perpendicularity of the cast-in-place beam side formwork is optimized.The square timber slant support support mode is adopted.This construction method can solve the problem of difficulty in controlling the verticality of cast-in-place beams in the same stress system as the steel truss floor support plate,ensuring that their verticality meets the requirements and ensuring construction quality.This technology can also provide similar experience for other projects.
