屋面飞檐三角架在高层住宅中的应用

摘要 屋面飞檐的模板及架体的支设方式通常采用悬挑工字钢搭设钢管扣件方式,此工艺烦琐,搭设时间长,预埋工字钢须穿透外墙,对于外墙防水保护是一种破坏,屋面飞檐标高难以把控等各项弊端。而屋面飞檐三角架支撑施工工艺相较于传统的屋面飞檐支撑施工工艺,其在安拆方便、用料少、自重轻、规格统一,安拆方便、材料周转快等方面优于传统工艺。 The formwork and frame of the roof eaves are usually supported by hanging I-beams with steel pipe fasteners.This process is cumbersome and requires a long installation period.The embedded I-beams penetrating the exterior wall can damage the waterproof protection of the exterior wall,and the elevation of the roof eaves is difficult to control.Compared to traditional roof eaves support construction techniques,the roof eaves triangular support construction process is more convenient in installation and disassembly,with fewer materials used,lighter self weight,and more unified specifications.The installation and disassembly operation,material turnover,and convenience are better than traditional techniques.
