群体洋房铝合金模板应用分析研究

RESEARCH ON APPLICATION ANALYSIS OF ALUMINUM ALLOY FORMWORK FOR GROUP VILLA

研究简要介绍阐述了铝合金模板安装的工艺特点方法和安装施工常用工艺流程与生产周转使用经验,阐述讲解了常用铝合金模板吊装施工设备的维修操作的要点。实践证明,铝合金模板系统使用不仅是可以大幅度节约能源,保护环境,而且是能够大幅的加快土建施工进度,保证施工质量。通过对铝合金模板施工技术进行总结分析,提出了适合于我国国情的铝合金模板系统建设及管理方法,以期为今后类似工程项目提供参考。

This study briefly introduces the process characteristics and methods of aluminum alloy formwork installation,the common process flow of installation construction and the experience of production turnover,and explains the key points of maintenance operation of common aluminum alloy formwork hoisting construction equipment.Practice has proved that the use of aluminum alloy formwork system can not only greatly save energy and protect the environment,but also greatly accelerate the progress of civil construction and ensure the quality of construction.By summarizing and analyzing the construction technology of aluminum alloy formwork,the construction and management methods of aluminum alloy formwork system suitable for China's national conditions are put forward.It provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
