人阴道成纤维细胞功能紊乱与盆腔器官脱垂

摘要 盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)是一种因盆底支持组织受损而导致女性盆腔器官位置下移的疾病,严重影响女性生活质量。结缔组织损伤的主要原因是细胞外基质含量降低和结构损伤,胶原蛋白是盆底支撑组织细胞外基质的主要成分,可由人阴道成纤维细胞分泌。人阴道成纤维细胞功能紊乱在POP的病理过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,如人阴道成纤维细胞中存在氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍、蛋白质稳态失衡、细胞增殖能力下降以及凋亡增加。综述诱导人阴道成纤维细胞功能紊乱的分子机制及其在POP疾病发展中的作用。 Pelvic organ prolapse(POP)is a kind of disease that causes the female pelvic organs descend because of the damage of pelvic floor supporting tissue,which severely affects the quality of life of women.The main causes of connective tissue damage are decreased extracellular matrix content and structural damage.Collagen is a major component of the pelvic floor extracellular matrix and is secreted by human vaginal fibroblasts.The dysfunction of human vaginal fibroblasts plays an important role in the pathological process of POP.Examples of this dysfunction include oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,protein homeostasis imbalance,decreased cell proliferation and increased apoptosis in human vaginal fibroblasts.This article reviews the molecular mechanism underlying the dysfunction of human vaginal fibroblasts and its role in the development of POP.
