刚果(金)SICOMINES铜钴矿浮选-磁选工艺优化研究

摘要 刚果(金)SICOMINES铜钴矿属于高氧化率难选铜钴矿,使用浮选—磁选联合工艺处理该矿石,其磁选精矿品位低,产率较大,磁选精矿直接浸出经济效益差。为提高该铜钴矿磁选精矿铜钴选冶综合效益,对磁选精矿进行再磨再选处理,采用硫氢化钠作为硫化剂,黄药作为捕收剂,松醇油作为起泡剂,进行了磁选精矿再磨再选试验研究。在最佳条件下,可获得产率18.48%、铜品位3.84%、钴品位0.36%、铜回收率56.15%、钴回收率35.20%的精矿,且精矿铜浸出率可达到85.90%,钴的浸出率可达到73.23%,吨铜净酸耗为2.15 t/t铜,获得较好的经济效益。 The Congo(Kinshasa)SICOMINES Copper-Cobalt mine is a high-oxidation rate refractory copper-cobalt ore.The use of flotation-magnetic separation process to treat this ore results in low grade magnetic concentrate and high production rate.Direct leaching of magnetic concentrate has poor economic efficiency.In order to improve the comprehensive benefits of copper-cobalt ore separation and metallurgy of magnetic concentrate,the magnetic separation concentrate was remilled and reselected.Sodium hydrosulfide was used as vulcanizing agent,yellow medicine as collector,pinitol oil as foaming agent,magnetic separation concentrate regrinding and reselection test was carried out.Under optimal conditions,a concentrate with a yield of 18.48%,copper grade of 3.84%,cobalt grade of 0.36%,copper recovery rate of 56.15%,cobalt recovery rate of 35.20%,copper leaching rate of 85.64%,cobalt leaching rate of 74.05%,and the net acid consumption of 2.15 t/t-copper can be obtained,resulting in good economic benefits.
