摘要 师德建设是高校教师队伍建设的核心内容,新时代高校师德建设要在进一步高扬党性立场和国家意志的前提下,充分尊重师德养成规律,积极反映新时代要求和教师的内在诉求,体现建设理念和策略创新。认同、关怀和参与是新时代高校师德建设策略优化的三个向度。高校要通过强化师德认同教育,全面关怀教师发展,支持教师参与师德建设,打造和谐的师德建设环境,让师德教育更加走心走实,进一步彰显师德建设的主体性、生活性和情境性,全面服务教师道德成长。 Teachers’professional ethics education is the core of faculty team building of colleges and universities,which should be fulfilled under the guidance of the state policy,obeying the rule of professional ethics education to meet the demands of the new era as well as the internal needs of the teaching staff in conformity with constructive philosophy and innovative strategies.The education can be conducted by enhancing professional ethics identity education among college teaching staff,showing solicitude for the development of college teachers and giving adequate support to their involvement in professional ethics education in harmonious environment to contribute to professional ethics education in all aspects,as can facilitate the substantial progress of professional ethics education and manifest the principalness,life-basedness and situationality of professional ethics education.
