高职院校就业指导课中思政教育与就业素质的有效融合研究

Research on the Effective Integration of Ideological and Political Education and Employment Quality in Vocational College Employment Guidance Courses

就业指导课程是毕业生走向社会之前的一门重要“思政课”,高职院校在培养学生职业道德、合作意识的同时,还要注重对学生进行道德文化价值的引领。通过调查发现,就业指导课程普遍存在弱化意识形态教育和思想政治教育的现象。为此,建议通过在就业指导课程设计上优化调整、在师资队伍上严挑细选、在教学手段上创新运用等方式,促进就业指导课中思政元素与就业素养的有效融合,解决当前我国高校就业指导课思政教育教学质量不高的困境。

The employment guidance course is an important“ideological and political course”for graduates before entering society.Vocational colleges should not only cultivate students’professional ethics and cooperation awareness,but also pay attention to guiding students'moral and cultural values.Through investigation,it was found that there is a widespread phenomenon of weakening ideological and political education in employment guidance courses.Therefore,it is recommended to promote the effective integration of ideological and political elements and employment literacy in employment guidance courses by optimizing and adjusting the design of employment guidance courses,selecting teachers carefully,and innovating teaching methods,in order to solve the current dilemma of low quality of ideological and political education in employment guidance courses in Chinese universities.
