多学科合作的快速康复模式在腹腔镜肝脏手术中的应用及评价

目的探讨多学科合作的快速康复模式(MDT-ERAS)在腹腔镜肝脏手术中的应用及卫生经济学效益评价。方法选择2020年1月至2022年11月拟行腹腔镜肝脏手术的患者58例,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组行传统康复模式,观察组行MDT-ERAS干预。比较两组患者术后康复指标、卫生经济学指标差异。结果观察组术后肛门恢复排气时间、术后首次进食时间、首次下床时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将MDT-ERAS策略应用于腹腔镜肝脏手术,可以有效提高腹腔镜肝脏手术后患者恢复速度、保证镇痛效果、改善预后,且卫生经济学效益更好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of multiple disciplinary team Enhanced recovery after surgery(MDT-ERAS)in laparoscopic liver surgery and to evaluate its health economic benefits.Methods 58 patients who were admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected and randomLy divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with traditional rehabilitation mode,and the experimental group was treated with MDT-ERAS intervention.To compare the difference of rehabilitation index and health economics index between the two groups.Results The time of anus recovery,the first time of eating and the first time of getting out of bed in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration and cost of hospitalization in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and its health economic benefits were higher than those in the latter group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MDT-ERAS strategy in laparoscopic liver surgery can effectively improve the recovery rate of patients after laparoscopic liver surgery,ensure the analgesic effect and improve the prognosis,and has higher health and economic benefits,which is worth promoting.
