五丹胃福颗粒联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡患者的效果

Effects of Wudan Weifu granules combined with quadruple therapy on patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer

目的:观察五丹胃福颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染性胃溃疡患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年5月该院收治的112例Hp感染性胃溃疡患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各56例。对照组采用四联疗法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合五丹胃福颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、临床疗效、不良反应发生率、Hp根除率和复发率。结果:治疗后,两组胃脘胀痛、痛窜两胁、情志不畅、嗳气积分等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为94.64%(53/56),高于对照组的76.79%(43/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.57%,低于对照组的16.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Hp根除率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五丹胃福颗粒联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡患者可提高治疗总有效率和Hp根除率,降低中医证候积分、不良反应发生率和复发率,其效果优于单纯四联疗法治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Wudan Weifu granules combined with quadruple therapy in treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infected gastric ulcer.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 112 patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to May 2022.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,56 cases in each.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the study group was treated with Wudan Weifu granules on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,the clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,the Hp eradication rate,and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome scores such as epigastric distention and pain,two flanks pain,poor mood and belching in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.64%(53/56),which was higher than 76.79%(43/56)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.57%,lower than 16.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the Hp eradication rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Wudan Weifu granules combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of the Hp-infected gastric ulcer patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the Hp eradication rate and reduce the TCM syndrome scores,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate.Moreover,it is superior to single quadruple therapy treatment.
