长臂猿血常规和血液生化指标的测定

Determination of Blood Routine and Blood Biochemical Indexes in Hylobatidae

本试验收集重庆动物园人工饲养的4只北白颊长臂猿和1只黄颊长臂猿血液样本用以检测血常规和血液生化指标,共检测了24项血常规指标和26项血液生化指标。结果显示,亚成体北白颊长臂猿和成年黄颊长臂猿血常规和血液生化指标均有部分不在成年北白颊长臂猿血常规和血液生化指标“平均值±标准差”内,表明不同年龄、性别和物种可能影响长臂猿血常规和血液生化指标检测值。本试验是健康长臂猿血常规和血液生化指标的国内首次详细检测,为国内圈养长臂猿血液标准值的确定提供了基础数据,对长臂猿的饲养繁育、健康管理和疾病诊断等具有指导意义。

This study collected blood samples from four Nomascus leucogenys and one Hylobates gabriellae housed in the Chongqing Zoo for the analysis of blood routine and blood biochemical indexes.A total of 24 blood routine indexes and 26 blood biochemical indexes were examined.The results revealed that some indexes in the blood routine and blood biochemistry of subadult Nomascus leucogenys and adult Hylobates gabriellae were outside the"Mean±Standard deviation"range observed in adult Nomascus leucogenys.This suggests that age,gender,and species differences may influence the values of blood routine and blood biochemical indexes in Hylobatidae.This study represents the first detailed examination of the blood routine and blood biochemical indexes in healthy Hylobatidae in China,providing fundamental data for establishing blood reference values in captive Hylobatidae.The findings have practical implications for the management,breeding,health care,and disease diagnosis in Hylobatidae.
