学术场域视角下青年科研人才开放科学行为研究

Early Career Researchers Behaviour Towards Open Science from the Perspective of Academic Field

开放科学对促进知识的传播与共享具有十分重要的意义。研究显示,青年科研人才对开放科学的态度和行为处于矛盾状态,即在态度上积极支持,但在行为上却偏于保守;同时在内容、学科与性别层面均存在差异。以布迪厄场域理论为分析框架,发现学术场域内的权力不对等、同行评议制度的畸形以及绩效考核体制的异化与符号暴力,是导致青年科研人才对开放科学持有复杂观点的根本原因。充分发挥青年科研人才对开放科学的引领作用,需要构建学术场域内权力平衡机制,大力改革同行评议制度与绩效考核体制,健全相关政策支持体系,促使青年科研人才对开放科学的态度与行为相统一。

Open science plays an important role in promoting knowledge dissemination and sharing.The research shows that the attitude and behaviour of early career researchers towards open science are in a contradictory state,that is,they actively support open science,but tend to be conservative in behaviour.Besides,there are differences in content,discipline and gender.Based on Bourdieu s Field Theory,it is found that the power imbalance in the academic field,the malformation of the peer review system and the alienation and symbolic violence of the performance appraisal system are the root causes of early career researchers complex views on open science.To full play early career researchers leading role in open science,it is necessary to build a power balance mechanism in the academic field,vigorously reform the peer review system and performance appraisal system,and improve the relevant policy support system to promote the unity of early career researchers attitude and behaviour towards open science.
