思政引领·科教相长·多堂联动--数字媒体技术专业人才培养模式改革的探索实践

Ideological and Political Guidance,Two-Way Development of Research and Teaching,Multi-Class Interaction:Exploration and Practice of the Reform of Talent Training Mode for Digital Media Technology Specialty

数字媒体技术专业是工程技术与艺术设计相结合的交叉融合专业,文章提出了“思政引领、科教相长、多堂联动”的人才培养模式,以红色文化和中华优秀传统文化为耦合点,引领并推动教学体系“思政全覆盖”;以广西一流学科为依托,全面对接粤港澳大湾区,搭建“省—校—院”多层次立体协同育人的科教平台,创建“教学—竞赛—科研—双创”的多堂联动立体化教学模式,形成跨区域、多维度的人才培养与交流新路径。历经10年的探索实践,专业建设及教学改革取得了显著成效。

The digital media technology specialty is a cross disciplinary integration of engineering technology and art design.This paper pioneers the talent training model of“ideological and political guidance,two-way development of research and teaching,multi-class interaction”,taking red culture and excellent traditional Chinese culture as coupling points to promote the teaching system of“ideological and political coverage”.Relying on the first-class disciplines in Guangxi,connecting with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,a multi-layer and three-dimensional collaborative science and education platform of the“province-school-college”has been established,and a multi-class interactive and three-dimensional teaching model of“teaching-competition-scientific research-mass innovation”has been created.After ten years of exploration and practice,significant achievements have been made in specialty construction and teaching reform.
