The"Belt and Road"Initiative is a large-scale programme of opening up and cooperation proposed by China,which aims to promote economic cooperation,cultural exchanges and personnel exchanges between countries along the line.With the deepening of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,the number of foreign students in China continues to increase,bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to higher education.This paper aims to explore the reform and innovation paths of the management of Chinese international students in this context.By analyzing the curent management model,existing problems,and changes in the external environment,this paper proposes a series of targeted reform and innovation suggestions.
