摘要
全面提升教师素质,是中国教育现代化的关键所在,是破解当前教师教育改革深层问题的有效方法和路径。教师职业道德是职业素养的灵魂和核心,优秀老师是以德施教、以德立身的楷模。抓好高校师范生师德培育,是建设基础教育未来高素质教师队伍的内在要求和重要保证。“新师范”建设背景下高校师范生师德存在的问题有着社会、学校和个人的原因,高校师范生师德素养形成与发展具有内在规律,积极心理学告诉我们,营造良好师德培育环境、增强师德方面的积极体验、加强师德的养成教育、组织锻炼师德行为的活动是培育高校师范生积极职业道德心理的有效途径。
To comprehensively improve the quality of teachers is the key to the modernization of Chinese education and an effective way to solve the deep problems in the current reform of teacher education.Teachers'professional ethics is the soul and core of professional quality.Excellent teachers are the models of teaching and establishing themselves by virtue.It is the internal requirement and important guarantee for the construction of high quality teacher teams in basic education.Under the background of the construction of"new normal"students,there are social,school and personal reasons for the problems existing in the ethics of normal students and the formation and development of the teacher ethics of normal students have internal rules.Positive psychology tells us that the most effective way to cultivate students'positive work ethic psychology in normal colleges is by creating a good environment for the cultivation of teacher ethics,enhancing the positive experience of teacher ethics,strengthening the cultivation education of teacher ethics and organizing activities for the students to exercise teachers’moral behavior.
