职业本科院校“1+X”证书制度下跨境电商专业人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Cross-border E-commerce Talents under the"1+X"Certificate System in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges

“1+X”证书制度是我国职业教育改革的重大突破和有益尝试,对提升职业教育人才培养质量具有重要价值。基于跨境电商行业发展新形势,围绕职业本科院校办学特色和“1+X”证书制度的基本要求,应重构人才培养方案、课岗证赛相互衔接、构建实训教学体系、提高教师整体水平、重构人才评价体系,推动跨境电商专业人才培养改革创新,夯实学生实践能力与就业竞争力,为职业本科院校学生职业发展奠定坚实基础。

The"1+X"certificate system is a significant breakthrough and beneficial attempt in China's vocational education reform,and is of important value in improving the quality of vocational education talent cultivation.Based on the new situation of the development of cross-border e-commerce industry,focusing on the characteristics of vocational undergraduate colleges and the basic requirements of the"1+x"certificate system,measures such as restructuring talent training programs,linking courses and job certification competitions,and constructing practical training and teaching systems should be taken to promote the reform and innovation of cross-border e-commerce professional talent cultivation,consolidate students'practical abilities and employment competitiveness,so as to lay a solid foundation for the career development of vocational undergraduate students.
