“三全育人”视阙下高校思想政治教育现实困境与实现路径研究

党的十八大以来,党中央高度重视教育事业发展,提出一系列真知灼见的新理念、新观点、新思想,为了更好适应新时代背景下“三全育人”工作总体要求,夯实“三全育人”作为高校思想政治教育的核心基础,厘清“三全育人”视阙下高校思想政治教育的现实困境,提出“加强组织保障,整合育人资源;强化队伍建设,促进育人效果;层层压实责任,创新思政体系;构建大思政格局,强化协同效应;健全体制机制,完善评价体系”的总体方略,实现“三全育人”视阙下高校思想政治教育的路径创新,从而不断推动高等教育质量提质增效。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the development of education and put forward a series of insightful new ideas,new views and new thoughts.In order to better adapt to the overall requirements of the"three complete education"work under the background of the new era,consolidate the"three complete education"as the core foundation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and clarify the practical difficulties of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the vision of"three complete education",it puts forward the fllowing general strategies"strengthening the organization guarantee to integrate the education resources;strengthening the team construction to promote the effect of education;layering upon layer compacting responsibility to innovate ideological and political system;building a great ideological and political pattern to strengthen the synergistic effect;improving the system and mechanism to perfect the evaluation system",so as to realize the path innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the vision of"three complete education"and continuously promote the quality and efficiency of higher education.
