咪达唑仑口服液在男性患儿术前镇静中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Midazolam Oral Solution in the preoperative sedation of male children

目的评价咪达唑仑口服液在男性患儿术前的镇静效果。方法选取2023年1月至3月潍坊市中医院西院区耳鼻喉科收治的40例择期行腭咽成型手术的男性患儿作为研究对象,患儿年龄2~6岁,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ级。采用抽签法将患儿分为A组(20例)与B组(20例),A组患儿口服咪达唑仑口服液,B组患儿口服5%的葡萄糖溶液。记录两组患儿在服药前(T1)及服药后30 min(T2)的精神状态评价量表评分、与父母分离时(T3)的分离焦虑量表评分以及静脉穿刺时(T4)的治疗依从性评价量表评分,对四组数据进行统计学分析。结果两组患儿T1的精神状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患儿T2的精神状态评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿T3的分离焦虑评分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿T4的治疗依从性评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前30 min口服咪达唑仑口服液对男性患儿的术前镇静效果明显,明显提高患儿的治疗依从性,降低男性患儿的预麻难度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Midazolam Oral Solution in the preoperative sedation of male children.Methods From January to March 2023,a total of 40 male children,aged 2-6 years old,with American Society of Anesthesiology(ASA)grade I from the Department of Otolaryngology of West District of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as resaearch objects.They were divided into group A(20 cases)and group B(20 cases)by drawing lots.The children in group A took Midazolam Oral Solution orally,and the children in group B took 5%glucose solution orally.The scores of the mental state evaluation scale before medication(T1)and 30 min after medication(T2),the separation anxiety scale when separation from parents(T3)and the treatment compliance evaluation scale when venipentesis(T4)were recorded in the two groups,and the data of the four groups were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in mental state of T1 between the two groups(P>0.05).The T2 mental state score in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T3 separation anxiety score in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T4 treatment compliance score in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Take Midazolam Oral Solution orally 30 min before operation has obvious sedative effect on male children,significantly improves treatment compliance,and greatly reduces the difficulty of pre-anesthesia in male children.
