医院感染管理重点科室保洁人员职业认同感调查

Investigation on professional identity of cleaning staff in key departments of hospital infection management

目的了解医院感染管理重点科室保洁人员的职业认同感现状、影响因素及与工作稳定性的关系。方法于2022年4月通过问卷调查,获得首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院感染管理重点科室保洁人员职业认同感和工作稳定性数据,访谈管理部门获得人力资源信息。采用因子分析、相关性分析和逐步回归分析影响职业认同感的相关因素。结果研究对象职业认同感评分为(3.89±0.60)分,处于一般水平,工作科室和月均税后收入为其影响因素(P<0.05)。职业认同感得分与其离职意愿之间呈负相关(r=-0.638),与在医院工作年限呈正相关(r=0.352)(P<0.05)。结论医院管理部门重视保洁人员收入与劳动付出的匹配程度,调整福利待遇,营造良好的工作环境,媒体宣传和政策支持,均可提升保洁人员职业认同感,减少人员流失。

Objective To investigate the status quo,influencing factors and the relationship between occupational identity and job stability of cleaning staff in key departments of hospital infection management.Methods In April 2022,through a questionnaire survey,the data of professional identity and job stability of cleaning staff in the key department of infection management of Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University were obtained,and the management department was interviewed to obtain human resources information.Factor analysis,correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the relevant factors affecting occupational identity.Results The score of professional identity of the study subjects was(3.89±0.60)points,which was at the general level,and the influencing factors were the work departments and the average monthly after-tax income(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the score of professional identity and its resignation intention(r=-0.638),and a positive correlation with the years of working in the hospital(r=0.352)(P<0.05).Conclusion There are several suggestions could enhance the professional identity and reduce turnover,including matching level of cleaners'income and labor effort,improved remuneration package,media publicity and policy support.
