基于问题的学习结合循证医学模式在耳鼻喉科临床教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨基于问题学习结合循证医学模式在耳鼻喉科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年10月的70名就读于安徽医科大学临床医学专业5年制的大三本科生作为研究对象,采用电脑抽号法将所有学生分为研究组(35名)和常规组(35名)。研究组实施基于问题的学习(PBL)结合循证医学(EBM)模式进行耳鼻喉科临床教学,常规组实施PBL模式进行耳鼻喉科临床教学。比较两组学生的专业知识考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩、对教学效果的评价及学生的满意度。结果研究组的总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的名词解释、选择题、简答题、论述题等专业知识考核成绩高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的病史采集、体格检查、病历书写、诊疗方案制定等临床技能考核成绩高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进行耳鼻喉科临床教学时,实施PBL结合EBM模式的教学方法有助于提高学生的满意度,提升学生的专业知识以及临床技能等方面的考核成绩,改善学生对教学效果的评价。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM)model in otolaryngology clinical teaching.Methods A total of 70 junior undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in Anhui Medical University from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects.All the students were divided into research group(35 students)and regular group(35 students)by computer drawing method.The research group implemented PBL combined with EBM model for otolaryngology clinical teaching,and the routine group implemented PBL model for otolaryngology clinical teaching.The results of professional knowledge assessment,clinical skills assessment,teaching effect evaluation and students'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the regular group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of professional knowledge such as noun interpretation,multiple choice questions,short answer questions and essay questions in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of clinical skills such as medical history collection,physical examination,medical record writing and diagnosis and treatment plan formulation in the research group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of otolaryngology,PBL combined with EBM can help to improve students'satisfaction,improve their professional knowledge and clinical skills,and improve students'evaluation of teaching effect.
