小儿咳喘灵颗粒中山银花检查方法的研究

Study on the Inspection Method of Lonicerae Flos in Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules

目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)和液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)对小儿咳喘灵颗粒中山银花掺伪进行检查。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,以山银花中灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙作为检测成分进行检查,并对阳性样品用LC-MS/MS法进行验证。结果:HPLC-ELSD和LC-MS/MS方法线性良好,加标回收率分别为100.9%和102.9%,方法精密度分别为2.2%和2.0%。结论:本方法准确、简便、专属性强,重复性好,可用于检查小儿咳喘灵颗粒中是否存在山银花投料的情况。

Objective To establish HPLC-ELSD and LC-MS/MS Method for the inspection of Lonicerae Flos in Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules.Methods HPLC-ELSD was used to determine Lonicerae Flos with Macranthoidin B as the control.The positive samples were verified by LC-MS/MS.Results Macranthoidin B had good linearities with the HPLC-ELSD and LC-MS/MS method,and the recoveries of the sample were 100.9%and 102.9%,the precision of the method was 2.2%and 2.0%respectively.Conclusion This method was accurate,simple,specific and reproducible,and this method can effectively check that Lonicerae Flos is used in Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules.
