[研究目的]分析数智化背景下美国智慧边境建设的情报保障新特点,从中得出相应的经验启示,以此为我国边境安全情报的理论研究与实践工作提供参考。[研究方法]综合运用文献梳理、历史比较、质性分析等多元方法,对数智化背景下美国智慧边境建设的情报保障新特点进行全面分析。[研究结论]数智化背景下,美国智慧边境建设全面契合最新的时代需求,以数智技术赋能边境安全的情报保障,其特点体现在情报监测、情报分析、情报学习等三大路径,并呈现出以数智技术重塑边境安全情报全流程、通过“卓越中心”等机制推动技术研发、重视发挥开源情报的支撑作用等最新趋势。同时在此基础上,得出技术应用、情报共享、研发共同体等层面的几点启示。

[Research purpose]This paper analyzes the latest characteristics of intelligence guarantee in the construction of intelligent border in the United States under the background of digital intelligence,and draws the corresponding general experience and enlightenment,so as to provide references for the theoretical research and practical work of border security intelligence guarantee in China.[Research method]This paper comprehensively analyzes the new characteristics of the intelligence guarantee practice of the smart border construction in the United States under the background of digital intelligence by using multiple methods such as literature review,historical comparison and qualitative analysis.[Research conclusion]Against the backdrop of digital intelligence,the construction of smart borders in the United States is fully in line with the latest needs of the times,empowering intelligence support for border security with digital intelligence technology.Its characteristics are reflected in three major paths:intelligence monitoring,intelligence analysis,and intelligence learning.It also presents the latest trends of reshaping the entire process of border security intelligence with digital intelligence technology,promoting technology research and development through mechanisms such as"centers of excellence",and emphasizing the supporting role of open source intelligence.On this basis,several inspirations are drawn from the perspectives of technology application,intelligence sharing,and research and development community.
