广东漆艺传承人才“二维三进四融”培养模式研究——以广东培正学院广东漆艺传承基地为例

Research on the"Two Dimensional,Three Entries,and Four Integrations"Training Model for Guangdong Lacquer Art Inheritance Talents——Taking the Guangdong Lacquer Art Inheritance Base of Guangdong Peizheng

为充分发挥高校文化传承创新的作用,我国在全国范围内的高校大力建设中华优秀传统文化传承基地来推动传统文化持续发展。文章以高校中华优秀传统文化广东漆艺传承基地广东培正学院为例,阐述广东漆艺传承人才“二维三进四融”的培养模式,分别从“传承与普及”纵横结合的建构方向,“人才培养方案、课程、学生头脑”三个切入点和“课程思政、环境建设、学科竞赛及产教融合”的四个培养路径,对广东漆艺传承人才的培养模式进行思考。

In order to fully leverage the role of cultural inheritance and innovation in universities,universities across China are vigorously building excellent traditional Chinese cultural inheritance bases to promote the sustainable development of traditional culture.The article takes Guangdong Peizheng College,a base for inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture in universities,as an example to elaborate on the training mode of"two-dimensional,three-in-four integration"for inheriting talents of Guangdong lacquer art.It includes the construction direction of combining"inheritance and popularization"vertically and horizontally,the three entry points of"talent training plan,curriculum,and student mind",and the four training paths of"curriculum ideology,environmental construction,subject competition,and integration of industry and education",reflection on the training mode of inheriting talents in Guangdong lacquer art.
