摘要
好老师能促进教育质量的提升,而旧的师范教育培养模式给实现新时代“好老师”的培养目标带来了较大的挑战。要迎接这一挑战,就需要构建以教师专业成长为导引的“育己与育人”“自育与他育”双育并重的人才培养模式。双育之间的关系是既相互区别又相互融合的。构建该人才培养模式时,既要重视师范生的师德修养强化其育己之意,也要提高师范生的教学能力增强其育人之术,更要加强师范生的个性修炼提高其自育之能,以及丰富师范生的实践经历增加其他育之机。
Good teachers can promote the improvement of educational quality,while the old normal education training model has brought significant challenges to achieving the training goal of"good teachers"in the new era.To meet this challenge,it is necessary to construct a talent cultivation model guided by the professional growth of teachers,which emphasizes both"self education and education"and"self education and other education".The relationship between dual parenting is both differentiated and integrated.When constructing this talent cultivation model,it is necessary to not only attach importance to the teacher's moral cultivation of normal students and strengthen their intention to cultivate themselves,but also to improve their teaching ability and enhance their cultivation skills.It is also necessary to strengthen the personality cultivation of normal students and improve their ability to self cultivate,as well as enrich their practical experience and increase other opportunities for education.
