光伏发电参与电网供电功率稳定性调节技术研究

摘要 当光伏电站有出力时,电网中其他电源需要调整出力以使负荷由光伏发电供电。在该调整过程中,由于光伏发电具有随机性、间歇性等特点,导致其供电功率的稳定性难以控制。提出光伏发电参与电网供电功率稳定性的调节方法。构建光伏并网发电系统模型,得出太阳能转化成电能的方式及其波动影响因素;利用双环控制来协助调节供电功率,得出各端变流器工作模式的变化形式,通过控制各端口的下垂特性,完成光伏发电参与电网供电功率稳定性的调节。实验结果表明,所提方法在调节供电功率稳定性时,电网功率振荡幅度小;在直流电流分别为0.25 kA、0.3 kA、0.35 kA时,所提方法的功率调节效果均较为理想,且耗时更短。 When a photovoltaic power station outputs,other power sources in the power grid need to adjust their output to ensure that the load is powered by photovoltaic power generation.In this adjustment process,due to the randomness and intermittence of photovoltaic power generation,it is difficult to control the stability of its power supply power.To this end,this paper proposes a regulation method for photovoltaic power generation to participate in the regulation of power supply stability in the power grid.First,the model of the grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system is constructed,and the mode of solar energy conversion into electric energy and the influencing factors of its fluctuation are obtained.The double loop control is used to assist in the regulation of power supply power stability,and the change form of working mode of the converter at each end is obtained.By controlling the droop characteristics of each port,photovoltaic power generation participates in the regulation of power supply power stability of the power grid.The experimental results show that the power oscillation amplitude of the proposed method is small when adjusting the power supply power stability.When the DC current is 0.25 kA,0.3 kA and 0.35 kA respectively,the power regulation effect of the proposed method is ideal and the time consumed is shorter.
