中青年脑卒中患者电子健康素养现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of e-health literacy status and influencing factors in young and middle-aged stroke patients

目的调查中青年脑卒中患者电子健康素养现状及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1-4月在河南科技大学第一附属医院接受治疗的659例中青年脑卒中住院患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、电子健康素养量表、Barthel指数、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、脑卒中自我管理能力量表进行调查。结果659例中青年脑卒中患者电子健康素养得分(22.50±5.58)分,中青年脑卒中患者电子健康素养得分与Barthel指数得分(r=0.710)、自我管理能力得分(r=0.811)呈正相关,与汉密尔顿焦虑得分(r=-0.567)、汉密尔顿抑郁得分(r=-0.787)呈负相关。多因素线性回归显示:年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、在网上查找健康信息经历、日常生活自理能力、焦虑、抑郁、自我管理能力进入回归方程,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中青年脑卒中患者电子健康素养水平有待进一步提升,受年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、在网上查找健康信息经历、日常生活自理能力、焦虑、抑郁、自我管理能力的影响。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of e-health literacy in young and middle-aged stroke patients.Methods A total of 659 young and middle-aged stroke inpatients who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling.General Information Questionnaire,the eHealth Literacy Scale(eHEALS),Barthel Index(BI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Stroke Self-Management Scale were used to investigate.Results The score of eHEALS in 659 young and middle-aged stroke patients was(22.50±5.58).It was positively correlated with the score of BI(r=0.710)and Stroke Self-Management Scale(r=0.811).It was negatively correlated with the score of HAMA(r=-0.567)and HAMD(r=-0.787).Multivariate linear regression showed that age,educational level,per capita monthly household income,experience of searching health information online,self-care ability,anxiety,depression and self-management ability were included in the regression equation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The e-health literacy level of young and middle-aged stroke patients needs to be further improved,which is affected by age,educational level,per capita monthly household income,experience of searching health information online,self-care ability,anxiety,depression and self-management ability.
