基于人才成长规律的国内学会重要科技奖的发展现状分析及建议

本文通过运用文献调研、政策解读、网络调研及专家咨询等手段,对国内外关于人才成长规律和我国科技奖励政策的阐述分析基础上,梳理国内学会科学技术奖励的相关发展概况。从建立科学的科技人才评价机制的角度出发,就奖项规模、发展趋势、奖项质量、奖励体系机制、公众宣传、提名机制、实际执行、奖励机制等多个方面进行分析,旨在挖掘国内学会科技奖项的发展环境和发展规律,剖析存在的问题,提出未来发展对策建议,以期为科技工作者成才道路提供多元动力和科学成才方法,为科技工作者成才的直通车加速导航。
