摘要
课后服务是落实“双减”政策的关键,优化课后服务有助于重塑基础教育新形态,夯实学校作为基础教育主阵地的作用。基于质量关键点视角,课后服务质量的改进必须紧扣课后服务中的关键点要素。结合课后服务开展实际,梳理出项目、教师、学生、校长、家长、及其政策等关键点,构建课后服务质量关键点监测指标体系,动态监测并持续改进六个关键点要素,并协调于课后服务这一整体教育活动中,以期有效提升课后服务质量。
After-school service is the key to the implementation of the“double reduction”policy.The optimization of after-school service will help to reshape the new form of basic education and consolidate the role of schools as the main position of basic education.Based on the perspective of Critical-to-quality key points,the improvement of after-class service must be closely linked to the key elements of after-class service.Combined with the actual development of after-school service,we sort out the key points such as projects,teachers,students,principals,parents,and their policies in order to construct a monitoring index system for the key points of after-class service quality,and dynamically monitor and continuously improve the six key points.Coordinated in the overall educational activities of after-school service,we can effectively improve the quality of after-school service.
